Processing Times
- Orders process Mon–Sat (excluding holidays).
- In-stock items: 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-order/custom: 5–7 business days.
- You’ll get a confirmation email and a tracking email once shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
- Standard, Expedited, and Express options are offered where available.
- We do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.
Where We Ship
- We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (including Alaska & Hawaii).
- We do not ship internationally.
Tracking
- All parcels include tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates after the label is created.
Address Accuracy
- Enter your address carefully. Once an order is placed, edits aren’t guaranteed.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship after the reshipment fee is paid.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier; we’ll help start a claim if eligible.
Partial Shipments & Preorders
- Items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

- During promotions and holidays, processing and transit times may be longer.
