Processing Times

  • Orders process Mon–Sat (excluding holidays).
  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days.
  • Made-to-order/custom: 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email and a tracking email once shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
  • Standard, Expedited, and Express options are offered where available.
  • We do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup.

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only (including Alaska & Hawaii).
  • We do not ship internationally.

Tracking

  • All parcels include tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

  • Enter your address carefully. Once an order is placed, edits aren’t guaranteed.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship after the reshipment fee is paid.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors and your local carrier; we’ll help start a claim if eligible.

Partial Shipments & Preorders

  • Items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Peak Times

  • During promotions and holidays, processing and transit times may be longer.
