Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Please reach out to our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging or a secure box to prevent any damage during return shipping.

  4. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method and send the item to the address provided with your RA number.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item received).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom-made items, including personalized paracord gear, are non-returnable unless defective.
